31 December 2011 and 2012, Dodge & Cox has voluntarily agreed to reimburse the Fund for all ordinary expenses to the extent necessary to maintain aggregate annual ordinary expenses at 0.70% of average daily net assets.
Dodge & Cox may terminate or modify this agreement upon 30 days notice to Shareholders.
